When your home closes with the help of one of Bristol’s accredited agents, you receive money back from Bristol based on the sale or purchase price.
You can receive an additional rebate up to $1,500 in closing cost credits when you obtain your loan through one of Bristol's network mortgage providers.
You can also receive a rebate at closing when using a member of Bristol’s title and closing network. There is no need to wait for a check to be mailed.

If you submit an inquiry or speak to Bristol and do not agree to conditions, you will not be enrolled or eligible to participate. Your Bristol advisor will connect you with a real estate agent to assist you with your home purchase or home listing. If the agent you’re connected with is not a good fit, you may have your Bristol advisor connect you with a new agent and still remain eligible for Bristol Home Rewards. If your rebate is not provided at closing through Bristol’s title partner, you have up to sixty (60) days after close date to provide any information and/or documentation requested by Bristol in connection with the sale of an eligible property. Real estate and mortgage credits cannot be used with employer-sponsored relocations. You cannot be committed to a real estate firm by any contract or broker agreement. Your rebate is contingent upon a real estate commission split of 3% buyer’s agent and 3% seller’s agent. If your agent does not agree to Bristol Home Reward’s real estate referral agreement, your rebate will not apply. You must not be participating in another cash back program. Government restrictions do not allow this rebate program in these states: AK, AL, AR, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR, and TN. The rebate could be considered taxable income. Bristol Home Rewards rebate credit or payments are subject to lender approval and seller cooperation. We cannot guarantee lender approval or seller cooperation. Bristol Home Rewards is only available for home purchase or sale; it is not available for leases or other transactions. You are not required to use Bristol’s title partners or mortgage partners in order to be eligible for the real estate rebate.
