An executive with over 30 years of global HR leadership experience, Tom is well versed in all aspects of International HR Management, from global mobility to international compensation and HR policy development, from local national program design and implementation, to the full range of HR services required in establishing company operations in new and often challenging environments. He has spearheaded the design, development and leadership of a centrally managed, tri-regional global mobility organization with an expatriate program of over 2,000 professionals.
Tom has mobilized and managed HR operations on major engineering and construction projects in Abu Dhabi, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan and has also served as the Human Resources Director for the Asia-Pacific region, being based in Hong Kong and Singapore. Throughout his career, Tom a demonstrated a solid ability to build, lead and mentor high-performing HR teams across numerous cultures and geographies.
Tom is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans and the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix. He has also participated on the following boards and committees:

- The National Foreign Trade Council’s Expatriate Management and International Compensation Committees
- CARTUS Mobility’s Global Advisory Board
Tom, his wife Sasiriporn, and son Kaprao, live in the shadows of Pinnacle Peak in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Although currently desert dwellers, Tom and family enjoy all manner of water activities including kayaking and snorkeling, together with hiking and travel.
