Rita joined Bristol in 2011 and brought over 35 years of global mobility experience to her role at Bristol. She has a proven track record of consistently producing quality improvements and creative solutions, innovative leadership, identifying acquisitions, and creating new business start-ups for global mobility programs. Rita can easily transition between cultures and prior to joining Bristol has held senior leadership positions in some of the relocation industries’ leading companies, one of which Graebel, where Rita spearheaded their global assignment management division. In addition to her extensive experience managing regional offices for relocation companies, Rita has also implemented several global mobility programs, along with consulting for some of the world’s largest companies in the oil and gas sectors. Before joining Bristol, Rita earned the accomplishment of becoming the first woman CEO in the relocation industry, while at Empire of America.
Rita herself has personally has relocated move than 10 times and has lived and worked outside the United States on several occasions. In her free time, she enjoys, hiking, sports, photography and traveling to locations such as Antarctica and Mount Everest!
Rita attended DePaul University and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is an active member of the Worldwide ERC and holds the Global Mobility Specialist™ (GMS) and the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) certifications.
