In case any members missed last week’s newsletter, we have introduced a number of changes totheresforum.com website. The home page has been completely redesigned for ease of use and to consolidate a lot of content that is being continually updated.
On the bar at the top right of the website you will also see three regions – EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS. Some content varies by region. The system will default you onto the region based on your IP address, however by clicking on the region name, members can manually move from one region to another. A key difference will be that Technical Partners will be displayed by region, with relevant links and contact details. This regional content will increase over time as we accelerate growth plans in the AMERICAS and APAC. In time there will be survey and research content covering all 3.
We hope you like the changes and welcome your feedback.
The following e-surveys are currently open:
- 2016 Member Objectives
- RES Forum Events 2016
- Tax Reimbursement Policy (After member feedback and a technical problem we will re-issued shortly)
Tax Reimbursement Policy – RES Forum/GTN Joint Survey
The RES Forum and GTN (Global Tax Network) are conducting a joint research project and we would be most grateful if your organization would be involved. We are excited to launch the next phase of this new industry initiative and look forward to sharing the results and creating a valuable tool for companies to use as they evaluate and update their tax reimbursement policies. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to create a one-stop database that companies can use to not only benchmark their current tax policies, but to have accessto the specific information needed to facilitate changes to their policies.
In 2013, GTN gathered initial benchmarking information on selected tax reimbursement policy topics on a global basis and across industries. Through the implementation of this global survey, we are updating the data and expanding the reach of the survey. Future phases will focus on the build-out of specific policy language and country specific check-lists to help companies update and manage their tax policies and programs.
If you would like to participate in these e-surveys but no longer have the link, email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
