LTA Policy Benchmarking Tool
A reminder for those members that may have missed the announcement the RES Forum’s New LTA Policy Benchmarking Tool is now live! Click here to link through to the Analytics Landing page and then click on the LTA benchmarking icon (first left). You will need to be logged in to use it. There is a short user guide click here to help you navigate through the process. This is an exciting new tool for members and we are also working on three other analytics modules which will be launched in the coming months. More than 90 of our member organisations have already logged on, answered the benchmarking questions and benchmarked their organisations. Initial feedback is that it is really simple to use with results presented in a clear graphical format. Results are also downloadable so you can extract to share or compare and contrast as often as you liketo see the effect of policy changes you make internally within your organisation. If you have not already tried it out it is well worth 10 minutes of you time!
Growing Membership and Engagement
If anyone missed last week’s announcement the RES Forum has reached 955 members within 520 companies in 41 countries. Membership is spread across all sectors and company program size. The network is growing fast – 304 new members were added in 2015 and since the end of the last quarter an additional 105 new members and 51 new companies have joined.
Surveys & Q&A’s
Throughout the last year we conducted over 46 major joint surveys with our Technical Partners copies of which can be accessed within the learning library. Additionally, we have actioned over 377 Q&A’s on behalf of members. Our new way of managing Q&A’s is proving to be extremely popular with lots of great insight back from members.
