Bristol at the RES Forum Singapore Connect event

Bristol’s Executive Vice President, Chris Kline, spoke recently at a well-received RES Forum Connect roundtable event in Singapore.

The panel of industry experts discussed information in the Forum’s Annual Report on gender diversity in mobility and the main inhibitors and challenges of increasing female executives in global mobility programs.  The discussion centered around identifying how too many organizations are looking at their mobility programs with a gender biased view and the disconnect between mobility programs, talent development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.  The panel also examined possible ways to overcome the barriers that prevent women from becoming globally mobile. 

This successful event will be followed up with a roundtable sponsored by The Women’s Foundation of Hong Kong on December 7th and touches on this same gender diversity issue in mobility.  Chris Kline is a featured speaker at this event.
